Vegan Stir-fry Tofu w/Curry no Pho T & N — Avaliação do sheppsk (21 de mar. de 2020)

I love curry served over jasmine rice and here’s a dish of just that. I know my picture doesn’t look the most appetizing, but it really is so yummy. It’s not too spicy and the onions fortunately are not hot either. Hints of ginger bring this dish to life and I am very happy that I got it.
