

OMFG CRYING INFINITE TEARS OF HAPPINESS. I HAVE FOUND THE BEST VEGAN VERSION OF CANTONESE CHARCOAL ROASTED BBQ PORK IN SINGAPORE. Beautifully charred and glazed on the outside with a thick sauce that was a perfect blend of caramel and savory soy. The mock meat made in-house was unlike the usual rubbery, dyed reddish stuff that most Chinese vegetarian places serve. The zesty chilli sauce was amazing too and such a great complement to the dish. So impressed by how the chef/owner (who was born vegetarian) managed to replicate the texture and flavors of a meaty Cantonese classic so closely! 💯💯💯
