Roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze, power green salad mix with lemon vinaigrette and beets, Gardein Strips, topped with roasted pumpkin seeds. Have to order without the beet pesto to keep vegan. This was very one note, like a sad attempt at a vegan option. I wanted to like it, but throwing warm gardein strips on top makes no sense. The rest of the bowl is cold. The salad is good, but it's a salad.
