Vegan version of this popular CNY meal-in-one-dish (盆菜). Instead of the usual seafood and meats, the dish contains a plethora of veggies braised very nicely in a well balanced soy/herbal sauce. A little pricier than the usual dishes at Sunny Choice, but a nice treat during CNY.
