Review of Plant-based Sausages Italian - Tofurky by curvycarbivore

These are pretty good but they don’t really have that much of a real sausage taste. These have a very strong herb flavor and the texture is really smooth (like a hot dog). I made a creamy mushroom & sausage pasta dish which was great, and I’m interested to try one of these grilled. They taste much much healthier than regular sausage and I love how I don’t have to worry about meat contamination in the kitchen! Price: $5 at Walmart
