VEGAN

Nutrilite

Have been trying out this protein for
About 3 months now. I have maintained my
Muscle mass however I do eat fish to Ensure my protein needs are being met instead of “wasting” my protein powder. So far the experience has been hassle free. I have it shaken with almond milk and a little equal sugar or as a base for my fruit smoothies. It’s unsweetened and smells like lightly like soy. It can be used with meals but I have not tried.Cost per serving Is about $1, value for money and non gimmicky. However I feel the size could be slightly larger (1kg) so I don’t have to repurchase regularly. I am on a hunt for a better vegan protein, pls feel free to introduce. If interested in this product, I do have a discount code, so comment below!

herbimetal Do you know about crf (centre for a responsible future)? They’re one of our partners and have very comprehensive resources for being vegan. I think they have some links for athletes too Reply
avegangirl @herbimetal no I have not. I will check it out. Thank you! :)Reply
herbimetal @avegangirl you’re welcome. There’s a website called No Meat Athlete too. There are some vegan athletes on Instagram, like @theveganliftersg, @veganlift, @alyrauff (who has an account here too). I don’t use Instagram much, but u can definitely find lots of people there. Are you aspiring to eventually go vegan? Reply
avegangirl @herbimetal thanks again for the resources. I do not have Instagram but I’ll quickly search them up here. Yes eventually. I have to hit about 170g of protein a day to maintain my current muscle mass which I do with this protein as well fish and eggs. Ideally I would do it while being vegan and not depending too much on protein powder as it does get costly. Reply
alyrauff @herbimetal thanks ❤️❤️Reply
herbimetal @avegangirl wow that’s a lot of protein. @mariatirador does bodybuilding and she’s in Singapore too. @goodvibesonly is also an athlete. You can check these people out on abillionveg and ask them if they have any tips. Reply
herbimetal @alyrauff ❤️❤️Reply
avegangirl @herbimetal hahaha ya! It’s an estimate tho 😂 . I will check them out! Reply
