Vegan Pancake no Ain Soph.Ginza — Avaliação do Rihyang (23 de jan. de 2020)

This is the best vegan pancake I know. Unique texture - almost like a biscuit but soft enough inside to call pancake - is achieved by cooking on the pan first then in the oven. It comes with fruits, soy whipped cream, and two seasonal vegan ice cream (I had vanilla and run raisin), all of which are excellent :P Highly recommended if you love pancakes and are in Tokyo!
