These noodles are actually cucumber spirals which is great for those looking for gluten-free options.

The avocado tasted really fresh but their tofu was abit tasteless, which the mushrooms, seaweed and peach slices really made up for. I just like sweet and salty things put together I guess! Also liked that they included edamame and sweet corn (my staples). Personally, I’d opt for brown rice instead of the cucumber because I don’t particularly like cucumber (sorry)!!
But if you do, this bowl is super refreshing and perfect for you.

Also, haven’t been to their physical shop but apparently you can DIY your bowls so I’m gonna’ be making my way there soon!
