Honestly, everything I tried here was delish. I tried the eggplant the first day I was visiting my hometown area. I rarely taste vegan Italian food that comes close to the traditional dish. This blew my mind. My first bite brought back memories of authentic NY Italian food! The cheese was such a pleasant surprise-I haven’t yet found any store bought cheese that I like but this was great. I returned the next 2 days I was in town to try some other menu items and was never disappointed. Can’t wait to go back.
