This is an interesting dish. 🤩 The veg sea cucumber is made from konjac, it has the texture which resembles the real stuff. Sea cucumber is considered a delicacy and usually serve in wedding banquets, Chinese New Year reunion dinner, etc. Sea cucumbers are actually marine animals! Now we can have veg sea cucumber instead.
