Baked Nyonya "fish" is coated with sour and spicy sambal paste. The "fish" texture is just right. They add ladies fingers and long beans which goes well with the dish. It is abit spicy but you may squeeze a fresh lime to reduce the spiciness. It is a nice dish. #veganfish
