Super easy to swallow. Lovely scent of coconut. It does work to an extent however I've checked on iHerb and their new formula used Beeswax instead of this formula I had that used Rice Bran Wax 😓

Ingredients: Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Rice Bran Wax, Vegeterian Softgel (Non-GMO Modified Tapioca Starch, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water)
