Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. Super delicious! Its texture was more like that of a veggie burger resembling meat (such as Beyond Burger) rather than a gritty texture that quinoa burgers often have. The mix of vegetables within the patty gave it a lot of flavor.
