Review of Japanese Rice at Genesis Vegan Restaurant by zoebelle2504

This dish is really unique because they topped it off with mangos and apples, which I feel doesn't really match the taste of the seaweed. It's kind of too bland and lack of the protein factor. I recommend to eat the rice with the seaweed, even though the rice is slightly coated with tiny bits of them already, but eating it with the large piece of seaweed at the bottom enhances the flavour. Overall a really healthy dish, just needing a little bit more flavour! #crf
