These amazeballs are too good. Curry is nice and thick and not spicy at all. Grains are a tad dry, but ahhh what the health 😉.

The lovely aunty serving you may be a creature of habit and automatically slap a blob of sourcream on your plate. So with all your vegan might, get ready to shout “No sour cream!!!” before she even reaches out for that cream ladle. “No aunty, don’t you even dare touch that ladle!” 😂
