I’m glad there’s finally a vegan oil free alternative to ramen noodles. I’ve tried several kinds, and this one is by far my favorite. I mean - don’t expect the same flavor and presentation as a plate of Pad Thai at a restaurant or anything... but for what it is - a cup of noodles - it’s one of the best.
