This is your basic breakfast sandwich, which is wonderful because it's actually very hard to find a vegan breakfast sandwich. I came across this little hole in the wall on my first trip to #Manhattan, and this was such a gem. There are no places like this in Boston or San Francisco, and my mind was blown that there wasn't a crazy line because it's such a great concept to have a 100% vegan casual hole in the wall. The sandwich was the perfect #breakfast, especially with some hot sauce.
