The dish is plain udon noodles in bukkake sauce and a lemon slice, however there are heaps of toppings that are available (like in the picture) that can be added on for a pretty decent price. It's a small serving but very affordable, I usually spend under $10 on this, depending on what toppings I get. However this dish could be improved by not putting every individual topping in a separate plastic container. It's quite a lot of plastic waste.
