Veggie pho with vegan sausage no North Viet Pho — Avaliação do herveggieplates (31 de mai. de 2019)

One of the few non-vegetarian restaurants in Hong Kong that sells pho / noodles that are vegan. Tho this is the only vegan dish on their lunch menu, I really appreciate their effort in catering different dietary needs.
In terms of flavors, the soup base of the pho is quite complex with a mix of herbs. The portion is huge as well. Considering it’s reasonable price (at HKD52), I would definitely go back for lunch again!
