Went to my favorite Vegan Chinese restaurant and got this as a lunch special.

It's everything you would expect of a Kung Pao dish; delicious Kung pao sauce with peanuts. They use a soy base for their "meat" and has a perfect texture and whatever they use to season it, makes it taste great.
