Comforting wrap containing a mix of scrambled egg white, cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and roast pepper. Could do with less black pepper but overall, it ticks the boxes of how a wrap should be – warm, eggy, and stringy melted cheese.

Oops, I don’t think this dish is vegan as it contains eggs and dairy (unless they are veganised eggs from Just egg or something and a non-dairy cheese, then that’s my bad!)
