Just ask them to hold the mozzarella and mayo to veganize this! Inside a crispy flatbread you've got peperonata, mushroom, Bavarian wholegrain mustard, rocket leaves and tomato. I liked that it was warmed up, and the mushrooms were juicy and saucy. Keep a napkin handy.
