Ok so these quinoa burgers are totally amazing. I love the crunch when you bite into them and the taste is so satisfying! Some days I will prepare them as a burger, topped with lettuce and vegan dressing. Other days I will add one of these burgers to a salad, which definitely heightens the dish.
