it said thin and crispy dosa on the menu so i exected something like a paper dosa, but unfortunately what we got was a thick and dry version. however the curried potatoes and lentils were pretty good.

so sorry you did not get what you expected. Yes the dosa is not coming as a paper dosa, as we try to reduce cooking with oil, which would be needed to get the crispy and thin crust. Happy you enjoyed the dahl and the potatoes as the filling. Personally I am an addict to the tamarind chutney. Thank you for you review. Kindly Andrea (co-owner of Samadi Bali)
