Review of Grilled Aubergine Sandwich (Veganised) at Sarnies by lisab

I think it was an okay sandwich. Lots of greens in it and I liked the marinated capsicums. The eggplant could be more flavourful though, and the bread could be improved too as it was quite bland and chewy.
Asked for it without feta to make it vegan.
