This stuff from Funky Fields is made in Denmark and better than any real butter I ever had when I was vegetarian and hands down the best vegan butter I've had. It's rich and creamy and melts well and you can add it to #just eggs for a perfect scramble. And it's awesome on the banana bread @mrsgarg makes! It's made with all natural organic ingredients like rapeseed oil, coconut oil, shea butter and almond butter. It also has carrot juice and lemon juice which sounds weird but I guess it works!

We love this butter. I do find it hard to use for baking though as it melts so very fast!
