This Caesar salad convinces with it's freshness. I am usually not a fan of Caesar salad and even the vegan alternatives are usually pretty heavy. However, this salad is very light. Kale, tomatoes, carrots along with cashew parmesan, caesar dressing, lemon zest, and pine nuts combined in this beautiful salad! #vandyviva
