This pizza was amazing! Definitely my favorite at #publicosg and they #veganized it for me. Interestingly this pizza doesn't come with a lot of cheese but the highlight is the "pangrattato" which is just a fancy word for bread crumbs! 🤣 It made a huge difference in the taste. That and the red onions and olives, so good! And Publico hands down has the best pizza dough in #singapore!
