This is actually the squid salad #veganized and it turned out amazing! One of our friends wasn't vegan and wanted the squid so the restaurant brought it on the side. The wasabi leaf and beansprouts was delicious and of course my favorite part was the tempura seaweed which added a ton of texture to the dish!
