Huancaina Macaroni and Lomo Saltado no Veda Restaurant — Avaliação do Alice Wistar (9 de ago. de 2018)

This was solid: a fusion of 3 cultures (Peruvian, Chinese, and American), I think there may have been a bit too much going on. In my opinion, the macaroni and cheese (very good) should have been completely separated from the lomo Saltado on top- both of which were great, just not together!
