Raw tortilla with eggplant bacon, eggy corn, 'refried beans' and lettuce. Served with buffalo wing cauliflower and garlic mayo. The tortilla is amazing, as is the coconut bacon. The eggy corn kind of missed the mark and gave the whole wrap a strange flavor.
