Review of Sweet corn cake with tofu, avocado, tomato with rocket at COMO Uma Ubud by akm

I rarely find resort breakfast menus with multiple innovative options for Vega*ns and Como does a fine job at this. The corn cake was a conceptually simple dish but unlike anything I have eaten for breakfast before! A generous corn patty full of flavour cooked in coconut oil topped with avocados, grilled tomatoes, tofu, and finished with peppery rocket leaves.
