This was my first time having seitan (I know; what kind of a vegan am I?!?) so I'm not sure what it normally tastes like. It was more moist than I expected it to be. The sandwich was good.

I know what you mean! I'm not a fan of seitan either but kind of feel like I'm missing out! 😩
