Chinita's delicious Mexican fare can be made plant-based upon request - the sweet staff here recommend dishes based on your palate. I ordered this crisp corn tortilla topped with fresh pico de gallo, roasted tomato salsa, spicy soyrizo & potato, and jalapenos, finished with creamy cashew cheese. The flavours were well-balanced and the tortilla was perfectly crisp.
