Nourishing. Filling. Flavorful. Protein-Packed.

This bowl features all organic sweet potato, black beans, spinach and mushrooms. It is topped with avocado, housemade cashew & herb spread (LOVE!!!) and housemade salsa.

I like to pair savory with sweet, so having my stevia sweetened latte nearby was a stellar choice on my part.
