An inventive and interesting dish that just seemed to miss its intended mark. Definitely presentation over substance. Not enough for sharing. Portion was very limited, and there wasn't really any cheese to speak of. Basil sorbet was the highlight of the dish. In the menu ingredients were hearts of palm, basil sorbet, and vegan cheese.
