The newly opened Island Market Trigg is an instagrammers dream and blends seamlessly into the oceanside dining experience of the Perth coastline. A dreamy spot for afternoon sundowners, here we shared the Island Pita, with regular and GF option available and mix and match condiment sides including Israeli spiced avocado, dukkah and oil, and baba ghanoush. The cocktail menu that accompanies is divine for a spot of sunset chilling!
