Oh my goodness, this dish was so delicious, my newly vegan husband was in heaven!! I even ate a few bites 😘😘! The tofu in this was seasoned beautifully, I could eat this all the time. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the noodles they usually use, but the substitute noodles were really tasty! It was also a huge serving, so you’ll definitely be nice and full. Highly suggest!!
