Only negative point here - as in other restaurants in Paris - is the absence of a toilet. It also has shredded 🥕carrot, Chinese 🥬cabbage, saté sauce, cucumber 🥒and 🌿coriander. I’d go for the sandwich 🥪but the bowl is likely the healthier option. It consisted of 🍆aubergine, red 🫑pepper, 🍅tomato, 🧅onion, 🫒olive, dried raisins, capers, 🧄garlic, olive oil, 🌿🪴herbs, balsamic vinegar, homemade basil pesto and brown 🍚rice. It’s a healthy option but my partner was underwhelmed for the price point. I made the point they do everything organic, gluten free, plastic free, and super ethical which costs more. It has spirulina, spinach, Fétagétale, oat milk, rice 🌾flour, mint, mustard, chia, 🌻sunflower, and sesame 🌱seeds. We were not so impressed and the nicest bit is the feta type 🧀cheese in the middle. Their mugs ☕️are metal though so it was impossible to pick them up from the hot water turning them red 🔥hot. The mug also had big cracks and chunks messing which made me a bit nervous. They don’t use any additives so it feels like you’re getting something very healthy and ethical which is worth paying more for in my opinion if you can. The bread was incredible and #glutenfree as were the mock meat pieces. There was also satay sauce, grated 🥕carrot, Chinese 🥬cabbage, 🥒cucumber, and 🌿coriander. Everything at this chain is vegan and gluten free. They are also #plasticfree and have amazing ethics it looks like. Anyways this was so good, loved the pickles, mayo, and cabbage I guess. Would definitely order again. This is a lunar year special btw.
