the names of dishes at this eatery suggests it is almost implausible to be deficient of protein while eating plant-based (can attest it's true). protein 2000 struck high nutritionally however only middling taste-wise.

a tad disappointing but should've cautioned self to not expect much from a westernized dish. the excitement's almost always impending though given how fully plant-based asian restaurants in the west are a rarity.

My Spicy Yam was the best Asian inspired dish for the fall/winter season. It has the comforting Yam for umami flavor and the spice nicely warms up your tummy. The portion size for $10 was large. I saved half of it for lunch the next day. I rated it low on nutrition because I am sure this isn’t a healthy meal, but I would rather my tofu be fried than steamed 🤷🏻‍♀️#veganoutreach
