This was great! Lots of different types of mushrooms which I liked, and a range of veggies like broccoli and carrot too, all cooked to perfection. The tofu was chewy and flavourful, and went well with the salty sauce. This wasn’t really what I was expecting when I ordered the fried #lionsmanemushroom toast, but it was an interesting surprise! It tasted quite a lot like a hash brown, with thick, fried batter on the outside and shredded #mushroom on the inside. It came with a sweet and sour dipping sauce and lettuce.
