‘Seitan-based meatballs with Liège sauce accompanied by homemade fries🍟. Liège sauce is a succulent brown sauce made from carrots, onions and cork syrup, which we reduce for several hours. If you want to taste a Belgian specialty in a vegan way, this is the dish to choose. Accompanied by a small salad.’. What a mouthfull! 😅 Delicious tho 🤤🤤🤤 Liège syrup I don’t like on itself, but in sauces: 🤤🤤 #veganinbelgium #allveganrestaurant I tried one milkshake: Peach 🍑- Coconut 🥥 - mango 🥭, with soymilk. But the soymilk was very strong and the rest was barely tasteable… But I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dish!!! 😋😋 €17 #veganinbrussels

I’ve had nothing but the best food in Belgium 🙌 I thought we had in good in Singapore until the best #burger place ever shut down https://www.abillion.com/restaurants/singapore-love-handle-10481996 😔 but this just puts every #veganburger I’ve had in South East Asia to shame 😳 The #patty is a #seitan based, #homemade, which they then #batter and fry all that’s good and holy out of it and then pair it with what they dub a #bacon style #tofu 🥓 in what may be the most ingenious pairing I’ve ever come across. The mix of textures made all the difference! 🍔 The #burgerbun is #brioche which is a word I do not understand but I liked it. You can pick between a side of a #salad or #fries 🍟 Even the salad was ridiculously good 💆‍♀️ This is why I dine at home in Singapore, I guess 😝 €18,00 for the whole meal #veganinbelgium #burgerlover

I’m sorry for every other #schnitzel that has ever lived and then died to become an inferior cooked meat to this 👆 There is no necessity to eat meat in our age of abundance and I will judge you for it 👩‍⚖️ This was unbelievable! The serving was indeed XXL because @m1tch9i and I managed just half and had to #takeaway the rest for breakfast ☕️ You can choose a side of #frenchfries (or #belgianfries if you feel cheeky) or a #potatosalad, which again, I repeat myself 🍟 I’m strongly on camp #friesaresalad and I will not be silenced! 🔇 The menu lists #gluten and #soy as ingredients so I have to assume the #fakemeat is #seitan based, but honestly I’m just so impressed by the texture 🙌 It was just so perfectly #breaded too and then #deepfried and topped with a #mushroom cream sauce 🍄‍🟫 If #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease then this one’s lucid 😋 This was € 21,00 by the way ✌️ #bestpicks #veganinbelgium #govegan
