10/10 I love this dish. This is the second time I've gotten their #rigatoni and it's absolutely delish. I so rarely get to have a #vodkasauce when I'm eating out but Easy Vegan nailed it. Fantastic creamy sauce topped with crumbs and chives. Good portion size that I shared with some friends at vegfest in Denver. $12 for the plate.

Yumyumyum!! Easy Vegan always knocks it out of the park!! They were setup at Townhall Collaborative today for vegan night--I'm so happy that this place regularly hosts vegan nights! 🥰🥰 These arancini are fried balls of #cheesy #risotto. And they come with 2 sauces, one is a #vodkasauce and the other is a lemon and garlic #aioli. This was incredibly tasty and filling! Great presentation and flavor:)

This was interesting. It was a baked and mashed potato all at the same time with corn on top and crushed up doritos? Or something of that nature. To me it wasnt that great but the dorito things kept me comin back for more

This was slightly different than what i am accustomed to but i liked it. It was healthier; the gravy was mushroom based and it had fried onions and chopped green onions 😋

I don't know that I have gotten to eat arancini since I went vegan, so when I saw it on the menu, I had to get it! And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! It was cheesy and rich, just what you want in an Arancini. Crispy on the outside, creamy in the middle. Served with a garlic aioli and vodka sauce and both sauces were incredible. I liked a bit of both for the perfect bite. Served with 4 pieces, but two was plenty, they are so rich I don't know that I could eat the entire thing myself. Definitely a great dish to share.

Biscuits and gravy always hit the spot on a fall morning and MAN theirs is good! Mushroom gravy on top of a light, buttery biscuit, topped with green onions and french fried onions as well. The flavor is amazing, the biscuits was a teeny bit dry on its own, but it's perfect with the gravy. It really holds up to the sauce and did not fall apart. The flavors were amazing! I will definitely be ordering this again!
