Black Phoenix burgers are the best pub burgers in Southampton and are served with a range of beers 😋 This burger is a homemade plant based patty with THIS isn’t bacon, caramelised onions and red wine jus. So decadent! 😋 These guys are a must try for vegans if you’re in Southampton!!! 🌟

Yet another great dish! Jackfruit in a sage and onion batter, really juicy and tender jackfruit and a good crispy batter. Again for the festive season these were served with a cherry and cranberry sauce but would also work well with ketchup, mayo or a spicy salsa 😋 #veganisnotscary 60/90

Another delicious burger, the sweet potato patty is a bit different from the regular homemade patty and gives a good flavour with lots of veggies, cherry and cranberry sauce and vegan cheese. It comes with 3 vegan pigs in blankets on top. This was dads (@trailrunningman’s) burger but I stole a pig in blanket 😋 #veganisnotscary 58/90

I love parsnips so this was a dream!! A plant based patty with ‘honey’ sauce, blue cheese mayo and parsnips crisps. I’d have liked some more parsnip flavour but it was still really tasty and a good sized burger 😋 #veganisnotscary 56/90

Jack fruit fried in sage & onion flour with cranberry and cherry sauce. These were super. Crisp outside with firm juicy jack fruit inside. The dipping sauce added to the festiveness. Good size portion for a side dish. #veganisnotscary

A home-made sweet potato patty, with veg mix cherry and cranberry sauce, vegan cheese and vegan pigs in blankets in a pretzel bun. This was super tasty and festive with everything going well together. I enjoyed it a lot. #veganisnotscary

A was a bit disappointed with this burger. The patty sweet potato and black bean patty was good with a slight spice. But there was not enough if any satay sauce so overall the burger was a bit dry 😋 #veganisnotscary 46/90
