Just egg, pico de gallo, spinach, tofu, cheeze sauce. Got this as takeout. It was great! Surprisingly big portion (picture doesn’t show that well), came with chips and cashew cream.

This is an amazing take on like a Mac and cheese. And really quite healthy. The kombucha is watermelon.

This is one of my all time faves from the menu, because who can say no to comfort food like mac and cheese? The vegan cheese sauce and parm pair well with the peas, onions and red pepper and when you get the added tofu it's even better! Filling, delicious, perfect lunch or supper!

Jackfruit, tomatoes, green onion, vegan cheese, salsa and sour/cashew cream. This was so delicious! The jackfruit was smokey and had a nice texture. Besided this Abbey cafe has hot and cold bowls vegan options, as well as soups, sandwiches and burritos :) #veganin2020
