From their menu: Tapioca flour crust filled with homemade tofu, vegan mozzarella, seasoned avocado, fresh tomatoes, and baby arugula. Vegan and 100% gluten-free. Personally, the tapioca looks so weird (almost like styrofoam) but tasted good. They use fresh veggies, the tofu scramble is seasoned well, and the açaí bowl was great. It’s really unique, so definitely worth trying!
