Tacovore’s Herbivore Special is pictured here at the top. It includes lightly fried Zucchini with Cabbage, Cilantro, pickled Red Onions, and vegan Ranch. This taco tasted better than it looked. The zucchini was juicy and tasted great with the ranch. Tacovore’s Tofu taco is pictured here at the bottom. It is made with Organic Crispy Surata Tofu, and topped with Onions, Cilantro, Roasted Chiles, Tomatillo Salsa & Cabbage. This was very enjoyable and the tofu was perfectly crisp. I tried four of Tacovore’s vegan tacos and all of them were delicious! This Tempeh Chorizo was my favorite though. 💯 It includes smoked & seasoned Tempeh with Avocado, Pico De Gallo, Cilantro & Radish.
