I polished off the whole thing since it was so damn delicious. It has a peppercorn ranch sauce that’s thick and coats the kale nicely. The crispy capers, parm crackers, and sausage crumble add some nice salty flavour. A delicious way to get your greens in. #ottawaKale Salad

The tofu has a lovely smokey flavour, complemented by guajillo chili sauce, pickled pineapple, cucumber, crispy garlic, and cilantro. As a lover of sweet and spicy/pineapple on everything, I really enjoyed this! It held its structure, meaning it didn’t fall apart after a few bites and it wasn’t totally mushy.
