there were only two vegan salads and one of them looked horrible so I chose just one the toppings were pea cream and beetroot hummus, not good they packed it horribly, when I removed the lid, the toppings remained stuck on it :/

Healthy - good value - central Copenhagen I tried this salad place in Nørrebro because of the incredibly long queue i saw! The salad bar offers a range of salads and sandwiches with a lot of vegan option. I had a kale salad, quinoa salad, green salad with roasted carrots and sweet potato as toppings. I also ordered a corn falafel as a side and then realised it was a bit much as the salad also comes with a really generous chunk of rye bread with lots and lots of seeds! I had a hearty healthy lunch on a summary day. I’ll go again and really recommend this place.
