Delicious dish from a refreshed menu at this great vegan eatery which is definitely more cafe/restaurant than the name suggests. This oven-baked eggplant is tender and soft topped with Jerusalem-style plant based mince meat and tahini. Perfectly paired with a fresh salad and optional pita bread.
